The ElderShield Program was introduced by the Ministry of Health (MOH) in Singapore as a basic long-term care insurance scheme for Singaporeans with severe disabilities, particularly in old age. To publicize the program, the Singapore Ministry of Health used infographic animation to communicate critical information more effectively through everyday scenarios.

As the lead designer for the video, I established the art direction and created the graphic asset. Starting with visualizing the script into a storyboard, style frames development, animation flow planning, and collaborating with motion graphics animators to bring the visual to life.
