The Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore
ElderShield Program was introduced in 2002 by the Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore as a basic
long-term care insurance scheme for Singaporeans at severe disability, especially during old age.
The distribution of the program in the past has been monotonous (printed brochure) and lack of engagement. We were responsible for developing an infographic video to communicate the message around the program and benefits with a fresh new approach.
The creative direction and tonality we created for the video are casual and informative. To capture the essence of the program, we used the concept of storytelling, following the main character and his family, representing the main target audience. The design includes character illustrations, typography, and icons to help deliver a clear message around the program.
